Mental Health platform — ‘ff Rustagh’

I started a platform called “ff Rustagh” together with Sara Felisia (third year Graphic Design student @ WDKA). This all started with a feeling of frustration. It frustrated me that I had to do everything alone, that there isn’t a place for (young) people to talk about their feelings, a place to figure out how to deal with (certain) emotions or situations. Sara and I shared this frustration and from there we worked together on building a solution for this big societal issue.

We want to talk to people who go through these issues and search for solutions together. The conversations will be recorded and uploaded to Spotify as podcast episodes.
